PTCbelt Conveyor Belts are produced exclusively from 100% virgin materials from the largest polymer and masterbatch manufacturers and are suitable for contact with food . They are BPA-free according to the new EU directive 2025/351 and comply with EU directives 1935/2004, 2023/2006, 10/2011 (PIM), 2024/3190 as well as with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) directive, Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520

The new innovative RR escalator design
It creates a routing guide for the toes of the combs. In this way we solved the frequent problem of combs colliding with the soles, which causes them to break.
In combination with the new innovative STR belt tile, a completely clean belt for transporting sticky products is achieved without breakages and interruptions to production operations.
