The 425 STR belt is an innovative product designed exclusively by PTC.
The 3mm curved protrusions on the belt surface prevent sticking of sticky transported products, solving the frequent problem of products being lost due to sticking to the belt surface and losing them during its return. The movie STR works with PTCbelt combs.
12mm thick segments 235mm wide with reinforced edge finishes 60mm & 120mm, assembled together, producing conveyor belts with any desired width (+-5mm) and long length. 
The design of the 425 belt also allows the transport of hard and medium weight loads (metal and other hard packages), hard and heavy products.
Long life belt, suitable for transporting medium loads.
Operating temperature from -65 to +100°C (see Technical Characteristics).
